The Responsible Gambling Board Oversight (RGBO) course is designed for Club Directors and leaders who want to understand their role in creating safer gambling environments. You'll learn how to support responsible gambling practices, understand harm minimisation, and help build a positive culture within your venue.

  • Upon successful completion of an RGBO course, Club Directors will receive an RGBO course completion certificate from Communal Academy.

    RGBO training does not include an endorsement on the NSW competency card. Instead, Club Directors must retain their Communal Academy-issued certificate as proof of course completion.
